The chicken was fresh off the grill with minimal burn marks, price was okay, rice portions was confusing but she made up for it and service was amazing But they use Jasmin rice which is very unusual for a teriyaki place it does not go together well in my humble yet experienced teriyaki eater opinion.
Change the rice and I'll give you a 5 star!!?

The hostess that took out to go order was rude and seemed put out to take our order. We got the chicken teriyaki which was fine. It came with a salad that was just iceberg lettuce and some dressing. Would only recommend if there isn’t other options for you as was our case because everything else was closed.I just received your response. Our family would be happy to give it another try. What do you propose?

Delicious teriyaki & sushi. Was rushed for the ferry and hostess, sushi chef, and kitchen staff were able to accommodate a speedy order. Hostess even offered water while waiting. Smelled magical on drive over. Waited until we were on the ferry to enjoy. Great portions and seasoning. Teriyaki was not too sweet and not too salty. Gotta go back when in Anacortes. Thank you so much!

Before meeting my partner, I had never been to Teriyaki Time but when she introduced me to it - it was love at first sight. I ALWAYS order a California Roll with Spicy Mayo, and it had been normal- I’d order, there would be a cup on the side with my sauce, however the last time I went, I had some trouble. I’m an arm amputee and while I can use chopsticks to grab and dip, sometimes my wrist gives out. I don’t think they knew this but we went recently (my third time there) and the sauce was beautifully laid out on the sushi for me. There’s a large chance that they just did it because they are trying new plating methods or whatnot but even then, their service and attention to detail is TREMENDOUS. I 100% recommend this place, their food is always delicious and they are always quick with everything.

I came because of a recommendation it was way better than I thought, worth. The drive from Mount Vernon; I trekked the teriyaki and loved it, I’ll be back for the Orange chicken and teriyaki combo next time.
