Unassuming food truck serving some of the best dumplings I've had in years! Yes she sells them by the dozen, and YES you will sit in your car on a cold day with your significant other and down all 12 of them in rapid succession. Awesome little mini food cart spot -maybe someday they'll have a tented area out of the wind for the fall/winter months, but hey I'll sit in the car as it's worth the trip!
Delicious dumplings! This food truck offers some great authentic northern chinese food. The truck itself has interesting information on the city of Harbin and the owner's own personal story, as well as their recommendations for how to eat the food. The flier suggested eating the dumplings when they are super fresh and I am glad I took that advice. I drove to the marina after receiving my order and looked out at the water while I happily ate a dozen steaming jiao zi right off...read full review

LET ME TELL YOU! Those meat pies slap! I at them in seconds. I was able to call ahead and order everything that I wanted. I got the dumplings, fried noodles, and meat pies. Everything was good. But those meat pies were EVERYTHING. I'm drooling thinking about them?
