Potstickers were very watery. It wasn’t moisture from the filling, just straight up water. So much so that I would take a bite, tip them over and let it drain out onto the ground.

Couldn’t tell what kind of spice they use in their spicy sauce, possibly szechuan peppercorn, but there was no bite.

Had higher expectations given the extremely high reviews. Could have been an off day.
Authentic, and simply delicious. Easily beats DTF out of the water any day. Secret: don’t use any sauces, they’re best in their original form. Very decent ingredients in the buns, and you can tell everything is handmade. The aunty at the food truck has that familiar, homey vibe, like one of my own family. We also took away 5 buns home for later. Had I lived close by, I’d probably be feeding my whole family on this food every day.
Harbin dumplings is an A list spot with hand made dumplings and noodles. keep it simple with two sauces, mild and spicy(i love the spice). Soup, steamed or fried, you will not regret a stop at Harbin
