Union tavern is absolutely a gem in the crown of commercial avenue in Anacortes, Washington. I highly recommend the mac and cheese. The service was fantastic. Both of the bartenders were very pleasant and warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. They have a great selection of beers on tap.
Had the meatloaf dinner, the mashed potatoes with just right amount of cheese. The asparagus was small but so much better then not getting a veggie. Thought I was going to have leftovers but so delicious. It also came with a salad that was also impressive with fresh radishes and cucumbers. It was a busy night with it be the Seahawks opening night. Definitely felt that they wanted the customer to enjoy themselves. Atmosphere got a three stars since it was quite loud but...
