Food is surprisingly good for a spot that has a complete corner on the local market! They also have a beautiful selection of local, handmade arts like greeting cards, jewelry, even a literary magazine with stories, essays and poems from the island. Lovely cultural spot!
Celebrated our anniversary on Anderson Island. We arrived hungry and found this café thank God they had food. Wife had a salmon burger and I had the roast beef sandwich. Onion rings were available without a marked up price. Food was tasty, the employees were friendly and cheerful. They all could carry a tune as well. Thanks for helping make our anniversary extra special. We liked it so much, we came back for dessert!
I’ve been here twice and both times the experience has blown me away. Awesome people at the counter, great customer service, and the food is very good. The fries where perfectly cooked and seasoned and the burger was amazing, it’s very refreshing to see a place in the service industry that feels this welcoming and goes above and beyond for the customer. I don’t come to the island much but when I’m here stopping here is a must.
