I have had multiple bad experiences at this Burger King but today takes the cake! I waited for almost 20 minutes then I had to go into the building to retrieve it. I asked for a refund, they didn’t know what to do. The “manager” didn’t apologize, didn’t ask anything. Then told me to give the food back. Will not be purchasing anything from Burger King again. cannot believe my girlfriend got me a whopper and it cost me $9. Never again. You have lost me Burger King.

Burger King offers a mixed experience. The customer service is nicer and the staff provide excellent customer service, handling busy periods with a pleasant attitude. The staff is cooperative and considerate about food choices, asking for ingredients chosen for the burger. It is a great place to get a quick bite to eat, though sometimes you get the correct order other times it makes you wonder if they listen.
