I saw quite a few good reviews and had been wanting to try this place for a while. I did, however, notice all the reviews were 2 - 5 years ago and the most recent was 7 months and a 1 star. Basically, we had the same exact experience. We sat for a long time with no movement; there were 2 cars ahead of us. Basically it did feel like the barista was talking with a friend and the 2 cars behind were just waiting. We left, nothing pronto about this stand!

Pulled up when there was 1 car in line. Sat there for a few mins, noticed the car was not even running and the girl working was not making any drinks. Sat there awkwardly for a few more mins waiting to see if she was going to hand them their drinks but she really wasn't making any. Car never started, obviously there visiting, so we left

Really enjoy stopping by before work for a coffee and a cream cheese bagel. My go to drink is a Vanilla White Chocolate iced coffee. Really friendly staff that remember you by your second visit.

I used to be a Starbucks gal but when that started to taste bad I found Caffe Pronto. I go at least twice a week for a coffee and a lotus. I adore how the ladies there are so kind. Once in a while I bring my dog for a pup cup and they all seem to really have fun handing his cup over to him. ❤

I walk over here and get coffee every once in while the girls are really nice and they’re big train drinks are the best for summer. They’re nice and chilly and cold. I highly recommend them.
Asked for hot coffee 4 times and still got iced. They did finally get it done right as far as the temperature, but the flavor was way off . Usually it's good. The workers seemed like they had better things to do.

I have been here about three times. I only go when heading up north because this isn't my usual "neck of the woods". I had a coupon for $2 off that was really old but there was no expiration date so I wasn't worried. I go up north super infrequently. When I went this last time I showed the coupon and was told it was too old to use. I felt stupid. She went on to make a big deal about trying to work something out. She finally did give us a little discount on something to make up for it. But all the while I'm feeling more and more silly. It's only $2 but, no expiration date... You know what I mean?It doesn't make me want to go back.
