Skookum Brewery offers a great beer selection, including a robust 9% ABV stout with chocolate and oak notes, in a family and dog-friendly environment. The brewery features a spacious facility with big beautiful raw edge wood tables and an opinionated, offbeat ambiance. It is known for using 98% American-made brew equipment and is super dog friendly. The brewery has a lively atmosphere with line dancing on Thursdays from 6-8pm, and provides some snack options like chips and salsa, as well as a jerky vending machine and ATM inside. Visitors can enjoy a variety of beers, including good barley wine, in a warm and welcoming setting that often feels like a community gathering spot.
