I do love Ellie's, but it can be really hard to get a parking spot (or a spot in the restaurant). I have lost count of the times we've tried to eat here only to leave for somewhere else because it was full with nowhere to park to even wait for a table to open up. The food is great diner food, though!
This is a hidden gem, the restaurant overlooks the runway of the Arlington airport. Loved the food, loved the vibe, and will definitely return during a more brighter day to enjoy the outdoor seating and enjoy food while watching the planes take off and land.
We love having breakfast here, we typically come during the week as it gets really busy on the weekends. Great food, great service and love sitting outside if it is nice out to watch the airplanes!
