My last visit was not as good as the usual. The service was poor and inattentive. It took a long time to be greeted. They seemed to ignore everyone. I wondered if it was under new management because service was so lackluster.

I should have got the guys name who was working at the counter so I could mention him here. He was quick, efficient and kind, guy deserves a raise cause I don't often see people caring like that.

Their sandwiches are quite good. I will say that most of the wait/kitchen staff here always seem sad or disappointed, and sometimes irritated, and not very friendly. Fortunately their sandwiches make up for the lackluster service...!
