Picked up dinner here on Sept 28 and found a plastic tab in my son’s Fettuccine Alfredo. He couldn’t eat his meal, and while staff promised management would follow up, no one ever did. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers afterward is unacceptable.

First off very nice restaurant and great atmosphere the crew seemed nice and attentive. However I will only come back for the steak bites. The food was low tier bar food, that only sounded good on the menu. With that I would’ve expected the cocktails to be amazing but were subpar.
Ordered a Greek salad to which the waitress said it would be olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette dressing as the Greek dressing, when it showed up there was what tasted like watered down sour cream on my salad. The prime rib dip was a Dennys prime rib at best for $21, absolutely crazy.

Rude staff denied a legitimate service dog at the entrance without asking the two legal questions; is that a service dog and what task is it trained to perform. Dog was well behaved and clearly not a pet or esa. Staff needs to be educated on ADA law!

They have a great selection of dishes that aren't just gyros. I suggest trying one of their bowls, super filling. The interior is more of an elevated sports bar, which I wasn't opposed to. Would love to visit again!

I was in Arlington for a photoshoot and wasn't expecting the food at a random place to be amazing but it really was! I'll be finding an excuse to come back again.

I love Kafe Neo! It’s right by my work and probably the best of healthier options in this area of Arlington. Today I picked up the salmon with garlic mash and broccolini to eat at my office.
The potatoes smelled so rancid it made it hard to finish the rest of the meal. I did not touch them after the initial bite. It was also served with over cooked and brown broccoli florets instead of broccolini which was a disappointment.
Bummed and still hungry 👎

Came here for an early dinner with a friend about a week ago. We had the crab dip and empanadas for appetizers, and I had the lamb gyro and sweet potato fries for dinner. The empanadas were amazing! The lamb in the gyro was a little tough, but the rest of dinner was average. The service was good, the guy was nice and intuitively knew when to pop in and when to leave us alone. Overall all a satisfying experience.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had — and I’m not saying that lightly.
I paid $21 for a “gyro meat plate” and got three bites of meat, three bites of rice, and a mountain of salad like they were trying to gaslight me into thinking it was a full meal. At that point, I should’ve just ordered a salad and saved myself the disappointment.
The fries? Don’t even get me started. Flavorless, limp, and clearly cooked by someone with absolutely zero pride in their work. My wife’s gyro was equally awful — the chicken was bland beyond belief, buried in an avalanche of lettuce to fill space. It was like they were hoping we wouldn’t notice the lack of actual food.
And then there was the happy hour disaster. We walked in at 4:40, knowing happy hour ended at 5:00, and asked for just a minute before ordering. The server disappears and doesn’t come back until 4:57 — seriously? That’s either incompetence or straight-up sabotage. So we scramble to get the order in, only to find out you have to buy at least $3 in drinks per person just to even qualify for the happy hour prices. Fine, whatever — we order two sodas. And guess what? They were flat. Totally dead.
I’ve been to small Mediterranean spots that run circles around this place in both portion and flavor — for half the price. This location in particular is a joke. Maybe other Kafe Neos are better, but this one? Total embarrassment.
Save yourself the regret and just go literally anywhere else.

Their sister restaurant in Edmonds (Demetri’s) is amazing. This place however, was sadly disappointing. Flavorless food for high prices. I won’t be returning

Absolutely so delicious. Their gyros are my favorite of anywhere. Greek fries and the dipping sauce is the best ever. My husband loved his prime rib dip. We had gone to Anthony’s a couple nights ago and I was nowhere as happy with my food as here. The service was perfect. We’re excited to come back again soon.

Great restaurant! Stopped by with the family on our way back from N. Cascade National Park while staying in Arlington. A little gem! Delicious food, large portions, and great prices! Highly recommended!
