There food is not as good as usual! We have had this BBQ for years. However the last few times, the quality is suffing. Ordered the full rack of ribs this time and there was a very high fat to meat ratio. We had the same issue the last time we ordered the same. The mac salad tasted old and stale, to much time in the refrigerator.
Absolutely wonderful locally owned restaurant. In house smoked meats, and everything is in house made and wonderful. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Support local businesses it really does matter.
I’m not sure what happened tonight but you guys had to know when you sliced it that it was beyond dry! I know how hard it is to get brisket right and I know you can get it right because it was my last experience that left me craving it in the first place but tonight, I’m sorry guys, trying to chew it enough so it wouldn’t get stuck was rough!
