HORRIBLE FOOD. I received the wrong sub and the sandwich was dripping with mayo. The bread is very odd and didn't get soggy after sitting in a pool of mayo for 4 hours before eating. They gave me the wrong bread and the provolone tasted like shampoo. Nothing wrong or against the one and only person writing there but I simply could not understand him. The changes subway made seemed to only make the food taste like it came from the dumpster. Jimmy John's down the street has superior food and is also $10 cheaper for 2 subs

Do not eat this food. I purchased two sandwiches from this location and was over charged. First the employee didnt listen to my order and could barely speek english. Second the spinach was gross and old. Third the employee put barely any vegetables on my sandwich and rolled his eyes when i asked for more. He literally ran to the back to get a bag of lettuce thinking i was going to have lettuce on my sandwich. I asked for double meat and didn't get it but was charged for it. Overpriced garbage this is why they give out coupons. If you want to get sick eat here.Parking: Its walmart.

Feeling like they're trying to guilt trip me for not tipping on a sandwich that cost $14-16 the dude looked up and down the receipt for a very long time. The sandwich is already way over priced and plus it's not a seat down waiter restaurant. Spending like 2 minutes on making a sandwich shouldn't be a guilt trip for a tip. Next time I'll just spend 16 in Walmart to make sandwiches for the whole week.

No working oven, soda machine is disgusting, customer service is rude and disrespectful. New manager did not wash her hands before making my sandwich around 11:30 am today. I also witnessed her being rude to her employees. Will not be back.

Almost all the vegetables were old and weird colors. I had to choose ones that didn't look sickly. Usually subway is great but this one was pretty nasty.

The tomatoes were rotten and green. The cucumbers were rotten. The spinach was wilted and the lettuce was off color. The employee was visibly sick, coughing, and sniffling the whole time. I pulled my sandwich apart when I got home and ended up throwing the whole thing away. It is very disappointing to see such lack of care from the employee. She should have seen the rotting vegetables and not served them.Vegetarian options: Vegetables were rotting and willing. Unacceptable.

Just came in for a 6 in. Half the bread was so hard I couldn’t bite into it. I like toasted bread, but not when it’s a brick.

Just got charged $.80 for a slice of cheese on a $3.49 meatball marinara, there is no mention of this on the menu.By a not-a-people-person employee.Be real careful with this place.I will not be buying here again. And upon unwrapping I see that she burned the bread also.

We ordered online for delivery. Didn't know it was going to default to this store based on our address (there's another one the opposite direction that is technically the same distance). Couldn't choose which store either. It told us what store it was coming from after we placed the order. So we order 3 sandwiches, a salad, 3 drinks, 2 cookies, and a bag of chips. The order arrives and there's only 2 drinks. Doordash driver says their soda machine was out of order so we didn't get the Sprites we ordered. Instead, they substituted Gatorade. Which was fine. . . Except we ordered 2 Sprites and 1 Gatorade in the first place, which means we should have had 3 Gatorades since they were unable to do Sprite. But we only got 2. My mom who's name the order was placed under, calls the store and the girl argued with her about the number of drinks - even though it clearly shows 3 drinks in our order online as well as on the receipt. She tells my mom she's the only one in the store right now and has a line of customers out the door. Then hangs up on her. I call back a few minutes later and when she answers - after nearly 30 rings - I ask to speak to a manager. She gets absolutely HOSTILE with me and says she's the only one in the store with a line out the door and very nastily yells into the phone - "If you want your other drink, then come get it!!!" Then she hangs up on me. If I had the option to go pick up the food, I would not have ordered online for delivery in the first place. Now, I hadn't even said anything to her except asked to speak to a manager so how did she know what I was calling about? She didn't; she assumed. What if I had actually been an entirely different customer?? And it couldn't have been caller ID because we called from 2 different phones. I will never set foot in or order from this Subway again and I will be calling back every day until I get a manager to speak with.

I had a order with Allen today, I’m aware he has been working there for a very long time now on his own. I ordered one meatball sub and a sandwich that had lettuce on it with meat, the meat to lettuce ratio was unacceptable and I did call the Subway to speak with Allen. He then told me there is a new recipe where they must add more meat on the sandwiches, which I told him that I just need him to put more lettuce on his sandwiches or he will lose customers. He asked me if I was a fan and I was quite confused what kind of question that was at this point, at another time in the past he ranted about his anger issues which is unprofessional.
