I had a order with Allen today, I’m aware he has been working there for a very long time now on his own. I ordered one meatball sub and a sandwich that had lettuce on it with meat, the meat to lettuce ratio was unacceptable and I did call the Subway to speak with Allen. He then told me there is a new recipe where they must add more meat on the sandwiches, which I told him that I just need him to put more lettuce on his sandwiches or he will lose customers. Feeling like they're trying to guilt trip me for not tipping on a sandwich that cost $14-16 the dude looked up and down the receipt for a very long time. The sandwich is already way over priced and plus it's not a seat down waiter restaurant. Spending like 2 minutes on making a sandwich shouldn't be a guilt trip for a tip. Next time I'll just spend 16 in Walmart to make sandwiches for the whole week.
