We stopped for dinner after a long day hiking on Mount Rainier. It was a great restaurant with good, fresh food. All of the employees were cheerful and friendly. Our server, Brad, (if I remember his name correctly) was so kind and attentive. Such a good experience that we stopped back for a late lunch on our way back to Seattle the next day. Try the blackberry pie!!!
Just reviewing the restaurant. I’d give the food 4 stars. Environment was warm and had charm. Pretty good burger and fries. Not massive but big enough with good fries. The most notable part was the waitress Katie. Very friendly and helpful with my wife’s dietary concerns. We could tell she was busy with a lot and she was still genuinely nice, communicative, and helpful. If I had a restaurant I’d try to find employees like her. The guy hosting was pleasant and helpful too....
We stayed at Muir Cabin and absolutely loved it! It was a last minute find with a king bed and hot tub in a well built cabin in the woods with no one else around! We loved how well it was designed with all the windows for stunning views and the creek running next to the cabin had beautiful waterfalls!
