“There are multiple entrances to the lot, but only one that actually takes you to the drive through. The other looks like a way to get to it, but then you hit a "do not enter" sign and discover that the angle of the drive through is not one you can turn into from that direction so you have to awkwardly back up and try to turn around in order to go out onto the street and around the corner to the other driveway. Not a big deal once you know, but better signage would be nice for those unfamiliar with the area who are just following Google to get to a coffee stand

The decaf is decent, not the best but not the worst. Lotus drinks are good. A little too sweet for my taste, but the kind where it settles to just right after some ice melts and dilutes it. Very reasonable prices.“

Parking: Not much lot parking and it's a BIT tight, but you can park on the street next to them if it's difficult for your vehicle. Drive thru access is amazingly easy, but does block cars that are parked.“

“This past Tuesday between 3 and 5 PM I went to the Kenzies on Bridge Street to get my regular drink which is a 32 ounce seabreeze blended with whipped cream and extra Mojito but it was flavorless and tasted mostly like water blended with ice and I even asked them to just add more flavoring because usually it’s great and on point but the workers That you had working there didn’t seem to know what they were doing an acted like it was an inconvenience to help a customer out even though they did remake my drink, but the remade drink was just as bad as the first one and your regulars there know how to make the Seabreeze the way I like, but the new workers you have working are in need of some extensive training on how to make your Red Bull blast drinks and customer service“

“This place is really good. My husband and I go here at least once a week or more. Our favorite is the chocolate-peanutbutter-banana smoothies. We are both diabetic and this only has 2 gm of sugar, 30 gm protein. It fills us up.“

“I was going through the drive thru, and my car all of a sudden just went awol on me, but these guys had no problem helping me out, they pushed my car out of the drive thru and into a parking spot and then one of them helped me get it up and running again. “Last night it was after closing hours we drove past Burger King few blocks away. Their outside street sign was off so we drove on up to your restaurant just a few blocks away. The drive thru was open as they just locked the front doors and we placed our order and sat in our car out front as we awaited one sandwhich they would bring us.
Meanwhile this elder couple pulled in and they walked up to the door and I said the inside is closed but drive thru is still open so the couple walked over and said..thats the whole problem..we stopped at Burger King and we were told we couldn't go thru their drive thru with their van as it had the luggage carrier ontop and wouldn't make clearance so they backed out and headed over to MCDONALD'S because Burger King employees were rude to them wouldn't even take an order for them outside the front. So when they finished their story the male employee came outside and handed me my sandwhich. I told him what was going on and that it would be super nice if they could assist them in placing an order. So the male employee said he'd talk to his manager. Manager stepped outside the locked doors and assisted them and they got an order placed. ??????
My point in all this is making service and sales verses loosing customers over poor managed service. THANK YOU all for going the extra step above and beyond!!!!

“I doordash from this store often and it is always to my door within 20 minutes (unlike Jack in the box take takes over an hour) anyway the fries are always fresh and crispy! I usually get a quarter pounder and it's always good for breakfast I like to get the sausage biscuit I would definitely recommend!
