Jasmine and Dalila were so great. We had went to another big foot and got our girls an Arnold palmer with mango. We left not thinking anything about it and our girls didn't like their drinks. Ended up finding out they put mango puree in it instead of mango torani syrup. We came here and explained what happened. Jasmine and Dalila helped us with no problem and we're very nice.

At 530am one morning I arrived to get my usual… when I got there, lights on, open sign on, but no baristas in sight. I waited for maybe 10 seconds but no movement! So I left and after I left I looked back and noticed the two woman waving and looking confused…. 10 seconds may not seem like a long time but it is for a coffee stand when u know there are sensors and or video cameras in the back for the baristas to see that there is someone at the window. I was highly disappointed! Also, the service is meh. The baristas don’t seem happy. Which then the energy is felt by the consumer. I always tip 20% but never do I feel they appreciate the tips. I’ll take my business elsewhere where!

Drinks are fantastic but we are in America where cash is considered a legal tender. There is absolutely no excuse for being able to take cash, but not give change. If I give you cash, I expect cash in return as change - not a gift card I can only use here. Insane policy to have in 2025. No excuse for robbery.

Ordered a latte and an ice water. Was told "actually we can't give you ice water", then air "what are you going to do with it?"... Ummm, drink it? Not sure what that was about but I've never had a coffee stand say they wouldn't sell me a cup of ice water. They have ice. And water. And cups. Also the chat of my latte was at least two dollars more than the stands that I go to in my area. And it turns out, they got my order wrong and made a mocha instead of the latte I ordered and I had to turn around and go back to get the right drink.

Service is a 3 because it depends on what shift you go. Most times it's a 5 but there is one that the girls are not customer friendly, espically if they don't want to do the order.

Always a nice place to splurge on some of the best mixed coffee drinks anyone could ask for. I feel guilty like I just had a huge dessert ....because sometimes big foot java is dinner and dessert in one ! The baristas are almost all top notch and the locations we frequent is A street , Harvey road and occasionally the one on psc hwy near Des Moines. Keep up the good work all.
Parking: The baristas get you through the lineup fairly swift!
