Ordered a latte and an ice water. Was told "actually we can't give you ice water", then air "what are you going to do with it?"... Ummm, drink it? Not sure what that was about but I've never had a coffee stand say they wouldn't sell me a cup of ice water. They have ice. And water. And cups. Also the chat of my latte was at least two dollars more than the stands that I go to in my area. And it turns out, they got my order wrong and made a mocha instead of the latte I ordered and I had to turn around and go back to get the right drink.

Service is a 3 because it depends on what shift you go. Most times it's a 5 but there is one that the girls are not customer friendly, espically if they don't want to do the order.

Always a nice place to splurge on some of the best mixed coffee drinks anyone could ask for. I feel guilty like I just had a huge dessert ....because sometimes big foot java is dinner and dessert in one ! The baristas are almost all top notch and the locations we frequent is A street , Harvey road and occasionally the one on psc hwy near Des Moines. Keep up the good work all.

Don't know who the ladies on the morning shift of 15Jul2024 are, but I'm they think they knew what I liked. I usually order the same drink. I also normally only visit on my lunch break. First claim was that I didn't like the drink, then it was they don't blend green tea. Afterwards, she said it would break the blender. By that logic, the blended coffee should do the same. Also, don't assume I did not like the drink. You don't know me personally. Here's an insight, green tea is my go-to drink of choice when either out and about or at work. I just don't understand how I was able to get the green tea blend before and now I cannot. No, I do not want the macha blend.
