Great tacos! The staff is always super friendly and the quality of the food is excellent. I’ve tried all the tacos and haven’t had a single bad thing to say about them. The green salsa is bomb! Glad this place is around!

I am a foodie so here is my person review.
I ordered the steak taco plate ,the meat was cooked to order and it was really flavorful. Each taco was loaded with a lot of meat (not complaining) but not as much onions to match the meat ratio the rice was extremely over cooked and mushed together and the beans bland and needed to be cooked more if I go back ill strictly get the tacos. moral of the story dont get sides when you order

Ambakity serves some of the best food I’ve ever had! Their fish tacos are absolutely delicious, and both the burritos and nachos are equally incredible. Portions are generous, so you definitely get great value for your money. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for flavorful, satisfying food!

Skip Chipotle and come here - legit some of the most delicious burritos I’ve ever had, the nachos are also banging. Service is good and you get your food quickly. You will get MUCH better food and cheaper than Chipotle, and you support local!

This food truck is by itself on the south side of the parking lot. Very yummy! We ordered takeout and got a taco plate with 2 chicken tacos and chicken quesadillo. Comes with a verde and red hot sauce; both have a kick but are good.
I ordered 3 chicken tacos. They were pretty good. Unfortunately, I had to wait 40 minutes. If you're pressed for time then order at least 30 minutes ahead.

I'm originally from The Bay Area and most Mexican food IMO is meh. This place has the best Mexican food I've had in WA. No disrespect to other decent Mexican food places (Rinconsito/Memo's/etc) but Ambakity is better. Give them a try!!!
