Tried this food truck because we were nearby -- Ambakity is now on our list for Seattle's best tacos (at least, Greater Seattle area). Great flavors, decent price, kind team putting in the work.
There is a reason this place is nearly a perfect 5 stars. Priced well, great portions, friendly staff, covered outdoor seating area, and amazing food. I'll be back again, and again and again.
