You couldn't pay me enough to tolerate the extreme heat in your store. Putting a few fans to blow around hot heat does nothing to give your employees relief. Your storefront is entirely windows, with the hot sun magnified all day long.

Stopped in for dessert before dinner. Companion had a Banana Royal. Could have had a little more fudge on it.
We come here on a regular basis, many times a week, but for the first time we got here and the Friday staff decided to close an hour early and then proceeded to pretend we weren’t there. Terrible service do better Friday closing staff.

I purchased a package of six only to have the ice cream gritty. Which means it was melted and refrozen. From now on I will check the quart size to make sure it’s fresh. Do your business with the Auburn Way N store.

Used to stop here once a week to get ice cream on my way home everythi way home ever since it's got new owners it's turned into just disgusting it's hot all the time they have half the ice cream the waffle cones taste terrible and they treat their employees horrible I'm very very sad this has happened in the last 6 months
