The sportsbook is amazing. The tellers behind the cage are great and the food is also great. How on on the date of Saturday the 18th at 230pm there was a server working along the outer wall next to the casino floor. Don’t know her name and don’t care to know her name. Let me tell you the worst service/server. I ask for a water and even gave her some cash in advance. Did I ever receive the water no. Did she even acknowledge me again NO. Definitely not a pleasant experience...
First! It always takes forever just to get a server to notice you and finally come to the table. Once you order its not long and food is good. If you need napkins etc we'll now you're waiting 10 to 15 minutes again. Its like they are always understaffed. Should have napkins, salt,pepper,mustard and ketchup on all tables or a station where I can just grab it myself. It sucks waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a refill or silverware.
