some of the best sushi i've ever had. the sashimi was literally melt in your mouth fresh, and the miso soup was to die for. the inside of the restaurant is small, but cozy and very clean. employees are very courteous and the service is wonderful.very pleased with finding this little hidden gem.

They say they open at noon on Sundays, but they're never there. Tried three times. First time, the chef was out shopping and drove up as we were leaving after waiting 20 minutes. Next two times, nobody showed -- we were there at noon, but left after 20 to 25 minutes. I'm sure it's good if they'd open the doors!

We stopped here on our way traveling. It was in a convenient place off the freeway. The food was delicious. The service was great. We will definitely save this one to come back next time we come through the area.

Amazing sushi! got a tuna roll and a simba roll for $20, came with miso soup that was very good. The simba roll was tempura fried but wasn't too heavy. The employee was very nice and courteous. The food was made fresh to order. The wasabi and ginger tasted fresh. The restaurant is a small hole in the wall type place but very clean, neat, and nice atmosphere.Definitely recommend going here

Paid $70.00 for 3 rolls and tempura with no wasabi! Rolls were only 5 pieces each. The guy didn’t offer to correct my order.

The food was great the first time I ate here. The problem is they are never open anymore. I have tried to come eat here three times when they are supposed to be open and the place is always closed. Not sure how they plan to stay in business long if they are never open.

Best sushi in auburn. Way better than sushi Konami and the other one by the outlet mall. The quality of food is superior and also the price is better than other sushi and teriyaki restraunts around auburn. The owner is friendly and always smiling which is nice to see. You can tell he puts pride in his work and business because of the nicely kept restraunt while also serving consistently fresh, amazing and absolutely perfect food. I hope this place never closes, but im leaving this review because it’s empty every time I go in! Seriously? start eating here people!!!

Delicious!! Not much more to say. Very authentic experience - chef went above and beyond on our large order. Fast service. Ordered as takeout, and the sushi was packed up with great care and attention. Chef adds all of the small touches that make sushi great. We'll be back! Thank you.

I've been to at least 6 sushi places in the area. From what I've had, this is the best. The restaurant is very clean and the service is excellent. The basic salmon and tuna rolls are so well made and served that they would make the meal stand on their own.If you dine in, you get a savory miso soup that almost competes with the sushi. You can tell this place pays attention to detail, since the ginger and wasabi is not only perfectly portioned, but very flavorful. The deep fried rolls are rich while maintaining a very specific flavor profile. In my experience, eating other restaurants deep fried rolls have me feel a little tired or lethargic. But these don't. They are well-balanced. I call them sushi dessert. I love the Kobe roll especially. The family who runs this restaurant are gracious and attentive. They are willing to make recommendations and answer any questions, but they also give you your space.Overall, it's a great place for singles, dates, or families to enjoy together. We're grateful to have such a great sushi place in Auburn.

Excellent sushi. My gf is really picky. She loves sushi and has tried many other restaurants in the south end. She's from the north end. I think maybe picky people come from the north end. Anyways. I don't like sushi. Never have. But if my gf says it's the best sushi she's found? Then it's really really good food.

You definetly get more than what you pay for. The food is of good quality. Ive been there two times, and the second time the ambiance was a lot better a slow day with lofi beats and beef udon soup. If your a person that appreciate the quality of ingredients over how to alter them into submission then here is a clean spot. The price is very good for top-notch detail.
