I dont normally write reviews but someone who is in the food industry the last thing you do is argue with the customer and tell them that they are wrong. But when I pay more then $50 i expect my order to be right. And when I’m told “I made that order so I know its right” when my chicken is missing and I received two orders of potatoes it makes me never want to use your service. Half the time my order is late the other half of the time its wrong. But the topper is to be argued with when all I want is my food.

Ordered a lg pizza and wings for delivery, and my pizza arrived in a reasonable time. The pizza was dry and looked like it was sitting for hours. The wings tasted like they were microwaved. They were soggy and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this location, especially for delivery.

Ordered at 6:30, food was marked delivered at 6:59. Nothing arrived. At 7:30 we called, told us that the food had been delivered to the wrong address, and would make it again and send it to the correct one. Apparently, halfway down that trip they realized they had taken the wrong order. Food still has yet to arrive at 9 pm. Order was refunded, at the very least. How do you even mess up this bad? Seriously? How does this even happen? Absolutely crazy.

I called the store to speak to the manager about the quality of my pizza I had placed an online order earlier in the day for a 415 pick up where my husband went to pick up the pizza it was cold and dried up I called and spoke to Chris who states that my complaint is not true that he did a quality check and at my husband actually saw them take the pizza out of the oven box it and put it on the shelf which is not true that pizza has been sitting there for hours on the rack My husband said no one took the pizza out of the oven in front of him he said that the pizza was taken off of rack which confirms that my pizza has been sitting on that rack for hours I filed a complaint with the company and I will file another one with the BBB and one complaint on Chris the manager with the FCC for his attitude and his argumentative behavior. I hope the calls are recorded to confirm his behavior on the phone

Orders are always late, (and half the time wrong) employees, including manager give attitude to customer when calling to get an eta as the app doesn't always work. I always feel like I'm causing them an imposition when I call 30 minutes after my order is supposed to arrive to get an update.I only order from them when I have to get a delivery for work. For personal use, I would rather drive over to Covington one. Amazing service there.

I ordered a pizza here, and I found an ant in my pizza box. I called the restaurant to complain about it because it was completely unsanitary for an ant to be in my Pizza. I had pictures of it, but I just recently got a new phone so I Can’t get those pictures off my old one. The manager for the night ended up, cussing me out, Being very hostile towards me. I was trying to come at the situation as calm as I could be because stuff happens? I didn’t end up getting the chance to get her name or anything before I got off the phone because she abruptly hung up on me in the middle of her conversation. This happened last Tuesday at 6pm. I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you want customer service that’s going to treat you like you’re stupid.

App strongly recommended for discounts, especially for pick up and free pizzas. This is the main domino's I go to, relatively fast. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be a little annoying depending on which direction you're coming from.Good staff, too. I can't speak to delivery as I always do carry out myself.
