When I go there the girl that works there makes me a bear claw with lemon filling instead of Apple it is amazing very friendly

2nd time I’ve tried to get donuts before work, and they were closed. Both times it was well after 6am when they should be open. 6:18 today

Just went there for a sweet treat... it was closed... CLOSED. 7:15am on a Monday.. and they were closed.
Posted hour stated that they are open at 6am.

The donuts were good, price good BUT for this to be a donut dessert shop. It did not seem lively inside and wasn’t a welcoming feeling place even when I attempted to make conversation. I’m not going back as I like places that feel welcoming and friendly not just another customer didn’t get a good customer service impression. The person wasn’t rude just lacked interpersonal skills.

The donuts here are exceptional, truly top-notch. Also, the food rating displayed on their door proudly reads, "Excellent." We won't go anywhere else in Auburn for donuts!

Wasn’t open and no one was there, I made an order for my sisters birthday and timed it for 7:00 am to be ready, they open at 5:00 and were accepting orders on their website and from DoorDash and store front was suppose be open but no one was there working. My door dasher sat out there forever and called me. I had to pay the door dasher and fees when I canceled my order. I called up until 8 am and no one picked up and the voicemail box is full. The door dasher tried to call and knocked on the door and no one responded. Hoping to hear back and get reimbursed.
