Ordered the combo Bánh mì and Spring Rolls....both were DELICIOUS! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Just found my new spot for vietnamese sandwich and Pho. Definitely recommended!
I was so hungry that I had to stop and find something to eat. Taking the 15th St NW Auburn exit led me to the brand-new Pho Emerald, and I'm glad it did!
The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated. The menu is easy to read, prices are reasonable, and the tables have everything you need. The staff was friendly and quick, making the experience even better.

I could tell this place was authentic when I saw the Sriracha bottles on the table and the TV was playing random Vietnamese cooking. Waiter was super nice and welcoming and insert other good adjectives 'cuz I don't know what else to say. Just know that the food was good, the service was quick and nice, and I would totally go back for their sandwiches if I didn't live so far. I flew 800 miles for this place and it was worth it.
