Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with an Arnold Palmer to drink and a fry sauce. They didn't put a fry sauce in. I told the guy that he argued with me. Finally, he threw one in the car. It wasn't good enough, I'll ever go back again.

I like frugals, but the one in Parkland and definitely the one in Port Angeles are waaaaay better. This one hadn't up dated the online menu in years, so I was bamboozled when I went to pay.

Love the new breakfast that you have. We just found out you serve it all day so that’s even more amazing. The staff you have are so friendly and we appreciate coming for breakfast. I know there’s many places we can go to, but your establishment seems to be the one we frequent. The most doesn’t feel like fast food. Thank you so much.
My husband ordered two burger combos and only received one burger. He didn’t realize it until we got home. Luckily we don’t live too far but when going back to pick up what THEY forgot to pack and what WE paid for, he was told no and they wouldn’t make the burger we PAID for. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked in the industry for too long to know this was so uncalled for. I have never heard of something so ridiculous in my life. Never will I ever go back to this place again and tell everyone I know to not choose a place who doesn’t care about guest satisfaction. Worst customer service experience we’ve experienced in a while. If I could rate no stars I would.
