I love Frugals. The food is amazing The best place you can go to in Auburn to get a burger the customer Service is awesome!! Such amazing people. I’ve been a customer here for over a little four years. My favorite place 😃
The guy working the window was very disgruntled. He was taking an order when I pulled up to the window and after he was finished he started bad mouthing the customer then he proceeded to complain about the payment system.
After I paid I was then prompted for a tip.
The food was alright. The fries were comparable with McDonald's but the burger was pretty mediocre. It was pretty much a slightly better whopper but it had too much mayo.

I went through the drive through which is very poorly designed. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a raspberry shake. The burger was pretty good but over priced. The shake.. *sigh* it was probably one of the worst ones I've ever had. There was next to 0% raspberry flavor in it and about 40 mins after drinking maybe half of it, I legit ran to my bathroom at home. I do have some dietary issues and well aware of what I can and can no consume. That shake destroyed my stomach...
