The food is amazing. The flavor is the most authentic compared to most places in south king county. The drinks are nice and strong. The dining area could use a little more attention to make this place perfect. It still has a pizza parlor vibe, maybe I'm biased because I actually worked at the old pizza place that used to be there.
I'll definitely be back when I'm in Auburn again.
It's worth the drive if you don't live in Auburn and...

Enjoyed a midweek lunch with my friend at Garcia’s Restaurant and it was the highlight of the week. Started with Cadillac Margaritas, queso and chips—very refreshing. Our entrees of Chicken Tortilla soup and Burritos Macho were so yummy. Our server Max made us feel welcome and cared for.

Although the portion size was a little smaller than most Mexican restaurants, all the food was very tasty. Service wasn't super attentive and
we had to track down our waitress a few times. Some people in our party couldn't understand the waitresses mumbling in broken English, but I could understand her just fine. The lavender margarita was great. I would definitely go back.
