After years of being a loyal customer they started treating me rude and for over a year would serve me well after 3 or 4 other customers had been seated and served after me. Even for a simple to go appetizer I called in. Some times my food would take 45 min when only one other person was their and no other orders. No explanation of why the sudden rude treatment, but it seem repeated and blatant.

Cleanliness service and reliability can be very spotty. The pho is pretty plain And the condiment veggies aren't always fresh. But oh my gosh their rolls are amazing! Fresh rolls king rolls spring rolls fried rolls. Nobody makes anything like them. Large complex flavorful. The peanut sauce is not overly sweet. The vermicelli salad dishes are also pretty darn good too. The bahn mi sandwiches are better than average. Especially the lemongrass chicken and pork, they have so much flavor! If you come here you can't leave without trying the King rolls and the eggrolls, they are the best!

My advice is dont waste your time. They dont seem to want customers. They just sent me away with 2 hours left to close. I went to the Thai place just a hop and a skip away and they have a full house and let me eat there! Amazing!

Came into this place on Tuesday night. First impression was that it's really run down and had a weird smell. I decided to give them a benefit of doubt. Ordered the vegetable pho and my husband ordered the meatball and beef pho. I ate about 5 spoons when I started noticing fruit flies in my food. Found a total of 3 fruit flies right off the bat and stopped eating immediately. My husband also found some as well. I'm sure there were way more if I kept digging but I barely had any of my pho and was too grossed out. Can't believe they actually serve food like that. We still paid but when we were at the register I saw they had 5 fruit fly traps behind the counter. 5!!!!! We love supporting small local businesses but we will never be back. Thought I would leave a review to warn people.

This place is beyond disgusting. I don't know how it stays open. We barely sat down and the smell of the bathrooms was so pervasive that we left. Maybe it was bad fish but either way, this place is disgusting. And what kind of Pho place doesn't offer chicken???
We waited for over 25 min to get our food, and unfortunately the shrimp and chicken were both overcooked

This is probably the worst PHO place I have ever been too. There was probably a reason why the parking lot was so empty. So me and my husband love to explore new places we haven't been too, so we saw this green bright sign that said " KING OF PHO " we already have a go to place but why not try another. So we parked and decided to check it out, I thought the place was closed at first because all the chairs were up on the table and the parking lot was empty. But we decided to walk in and see, the door was open. We were greeted by a women who helped us to our table and seemed fairly friendly. So my husband ordered an XL and I ordered a L. I was shocked about pricing because it was really cheap, like really cheap. And we also ordered spring rolls too. The wait time on the pho was SUPER LONG, it felt like ages , almost 25 minutes just for two orders of pho ( WE WERE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE AT THE RESTAURANT didn't understand that. ) But our spring rolls came out and they were probably the worst I ever had. They were soft , large and barely had filling literally felt like I gotta a chewing on rice paper and lettuce ! But we ate them anyway, didn't want to be rude. So as we finished , we still were waiting for our pho .. I told my husband I started to notice ( FRUIT FLYS AND FLYS ) all around the table , it was disgusting. I really wanted to leave my patience started to get low. Then finally this guy serves us with our bowls of pho, I was so excited to taste this yummyness. I said thank you and the server didn't even say HI or acknowledged us. So I thought that was rude, like a simple HI would be great. But no just served us our soup. So for every pho place I go to, I usually taste the broth. It's the staple of a good pho , I WAS SOOOOOOOO disappointed it was bland, no flavor at all, literally tasted like a light beef broth with a strong flavor of onions. And the portioning of the meat was SOOOO SAD. I got the combination with everything. So there was literally 4 pieces of brisket, two pieces of tripe , one tendon , 3 meatballs and little tiny pieces of other meats. I was just so disappointed. I told my husband this restaurant is a hard pass for me, customer service was the worst they ended up being so rude to us for NO REASON, when we were so friendly the whole entire experience. Even when we disliked the food. So we went to the front where the guy who served us helped us pay, so we calculated everything and told us the total. Grab my husbands card fast from his hands and didn't even say thank you, or have a nice day or nothing. Just gave back the card and left the cashier like there busy( WHEN WE WERE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN THE PLACE ) .... Never again.

First impression as I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed the shop was very run down but I still decided to give it a chance. When I walked in the restaurant, it had already smelled bad. When I was waiting for my food at one of the tables, I noticed that there was a huge fly issue from them keeping the door open. And it was a few times I had to shoo flies away from my food. I had also used the restroom and next to the door, I see a cockroach crawling on the ground. This will definitely be the first and last time eating here. I wished I had read reviews prior to trying the place out.
