In a nutshell: Prices are reasonable. The shop is clean and inviting. It's adequately staffed with a team of barbers meticulous in their craft. They can accommodate all ages. They're open 7 days a week and appointments can be made online (though walk-ins are welcome). They give a great haircut and beard trim. The problem is getting to the chair. I spoke personally with Alex to make a reservation and he told me He starts at 10:00a.m, so I would be his first cut of the day. I showed up at 9:45, and he was already cutting someone else's hair. They told me that I would be next, but at 10:35 I left. I still recommend them, just not Alex. Just to be safe, make sure you have a couple of hours to kill.

Called in the morning to see if they had any appointments available. Was told to schedule an appointment online for 1pm which i did so i can go during my break from work. I Showed up and told them i had an appointment at 1, they looked at me like they never knew of any appointments and then told me i would be next.
