Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot known for its friendly and welcoming staff. Many customers appreciate the excellent service, with baristas who are caring and quick to resolve any issues, like drink remakes. The atmosphere, however, can be a bit distracting due to the noise from chairs that some find annoying. Despite this, the staff's good moods and courteous nature stand out, making visitors feel greeted and valued. Regular customers enjoy personal connections, as staff often remember their names and favorite drink orders. The location is also a decent place for getting work done while enjoying a good cup of coffee. Overall, this Starbucks on Harvey Road is recognized for its outstanding service and friendly environment.
