The women who work the Friday night happy hour shift are unsung heros that need to be celebrated. That store is insane and they are always on point making sure the toppings are full and the line is moving. This place is never a let down.
The soft serve and topping options are delicious. However, I think the setup is a bit chaotic. People will go back and forth—stand around the soft serve levers and think about what they want, when I already know what I want. At this point I just go around them—I don't care if it's considered cutting the line, I know what I want and will get it done quickly. Perhaps if the structure was different than that wouldn't be the case.
Wonderful location, a lot of toppings and different syrups and stuff to add, service was okay, not overly friendly but okay according to WA state standards, not even one single flavor was sold out, which is rare, I appreciate how clean and organized this location is, highly recommend to stop by if you are craving something sweet.
