The hours are extremely unreliable which led to a very disappointing experience for my family and son who was looking forward to a celebratory treat for graduating preschool.

We drove past the Lake Tapps location to check the operating hours prior to opening, drove back at 12:17 (17 minutes after posted opening time) and again at 12:58pm all to find that the door remained lock despite the sign stating that it was “open”. I even called the store in hopes that the employee was just in the back room and could unlock the door but there was no answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Extremely frustrating.

Says they close at 10, but they close at 9 (or earlier). Road our bikes there several times as a family for a late night ice cream and had the lock turned to close in our face at 8:59. After the 3rd time this happened, I called and the gal said “um yeah, those are summer hours online. Not accurate. Sorry.” Odd. Very disappointed.

Showed up at 5:12pm and they are closed.
I've showed up at 12:30 noon another time and it was closed with a girl working inside.
Why is this placed not properly staffed and operating?

“Fresh fruit?” Never heard of that…
Has only about half the machines working. Same flavors for the last 6months. Ran out of the original tart at 3:52pm on a random Sunday in February.
Deciding to leave a review after being constantly disappointed coming to this specific location the last 8-10 times.
Do yourself a favor and go to any other Menchies within 20 miles and you’ll have actual frozen yogurt.
Whoever the owners are of this franchise, step up. Stop penny pinching and actually fix these issues. I will be stopping by again to check on your progress and keep the good people of Lakeland Hills updated.

Closed at 920pm

I purchased 3 cups. One of them was the original tart and after purchasing and going to our car we realized it was expired. We went back to exchange it but my niece was not able to find another one that she liked. When we requested a refund we were told it was not something they do. My niece now has a stomach ache for something that was expired. Not to mention they continued to sale it without even checking if their was issues

We used to LOVE coming here, but our last visit was awful. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, half of the yogurt machines were down, the topping bar was a hot mess and it smelled like barf. It was filthy. A person finally came out and rung up our yogurt and then peaced out to the back. Not worth it for $20 in yogurt.

Half of the machines are not working. I used to come here all the time, but tonight it is messy and dirty. The person working seems perfectly nice, but I was charged for a stale/old waffle bowl. The promos are only valid Nov-April, and they make sure to write it in small font while making the promos nice and large. . .

I love this Menchi's location! They always have a great variety of flavors, from classic vanilla to fun seasonal options. The yogurt is creamy, not icy, and the toppings bar is always fresh and fully stocked. Huge shout-out to Ava B for her amazing customer service. She makes every visit feel extra special! The staff is super friendly, and the place is clean and welcoming. Perfect for a sweet treat anytime!

The store is very clean and the new owner was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a fun end of summer treat! We’ll be back!

This menchies is literally the worst one I've been to. There are always advertisement about new special flavors but when you walk in, there is nothing but basic flavors like strawberry, chocolate, and maybe cookies and cream. The menchies near the outlet mall is now my go-to store.

Place was a mess ! This is the third time that I've been in here recently and walked out with nothing. Always out of frozen yogurt flavors , toppings are consistently out as well , Management must not care about this place , or else they'd be more dialed . Avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed!
