Place was a mess ! This is the third time that I've been in here recently and walked out with nothing. Always out of frozen yogurt flavors , toppings are consistently out as well , Management must not care about this place , or else they'd be more dialed . Avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed!
I went in and the owner greeted me, they had msny flavors. 10/10

I love Menchies - the one in Lake Tapps is my favorite! Great flavors, nice staff and super clean …. Highly recommend :)
Came in and met the new owner Nick who was friendly, helpful with navigating the Menchies app and provided us with info regarding the Haggens receipt perks. He expressed his desire to being involved with the community and his plans to partner with the schools fundraisers as well as being consistent with hours, something that we have unfortunately encountered previously. The place was clean and my girls enjoyed chatting with him and trying the new flavors. Looking forward to our next visit.
Always love Menchie’s but this one has a great selection and the customer service from the owner was exceptional. Will definitely be back!

New Owner! Speaks volumes when the owner greets you working at the register and talk about the changes he is looking to implement. Amazing business practice and improved experience! Very kind and had great suggestions.
