Yesterday my mom and I went through drive thru and despite the wait , an employee by the name of Brit, did an amazing job getting through a busy time. At first I was getting upset of how long the wait was but she gave us free chocolate croissants , they were delicious!!! She was very kind and generous and was also apologetic with how long we had to wait but I appreciate how she was very sweet with the whole situation and I appreciate how Panera has those type of employees!
