So glad Pie Style seems to be thriving in this new space downtown. I went in looking for vegan offerings and there were two ON HAND. They let me know that you can also custom pre-order vegan pies. Amazing! I also got some non-vegan options, and the pastry here is consistently so incredibly flaky and gender, truly the best mouthfeel. The menu is varied, with coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dessert options. Definitely worth checking out and returning to!
My mom and I went to visit this bakery for a quick lunch and we were happily surprised by how delicious and well made all of their food and pastries were! I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area!
The raspberry pie was extraordinary! It wasn’t overly sweet, it wasn’t gooey, and there were no fake flavors. Every bit as good as one I make at home - maybe better. Now I can have a delicious slice of pie without having to have a whole one at hime. Delicious.
