Slots are rigged. Good luck winning anything. Bonuses are terrible. & their beer is overpriced compared to all casinos in WA state.
What didn't happen is more like it. Complained to the lady manger Sunday afternoon after we checked out from room 4-21. We're told the district manager was there that day and she'd speak to him and should get a call sometime this week by upper management. So far nothing. All we've gotten was a food voucher. This our first fine staying. Right now I have no interest in returning. We spent a lot of money. Our room was over$400. I have the receipt. It's not about the money it's how we were treated. My husband showered then I went to go in and water was coming out of the shower. Used every towel we had to try to clean it up. Advised housekeeping. We have a video and photos so it doesn't come back to us. I paid for the romance type promotion. Did not get chocolates or flowers like it showed in the photo and in the description. Valet lost our car keys when we went to leave. Promotion cut the event Saturday before 8 by who I was told was the manager a skinny guy in glasses. Come to find out it was a brunette lady who said they were not out of gifts that there's some for new players and some for the mail orders. Asked about the steak restaurant and told it opened at 4:30. We went up about 6. We're told we needed reservations in advance. Didn't even know what desk to go to. Employees seemed more interested in talking to each other. The heater was broken in the pool. The hot tub was making a high pitch squealing sound. No pre rinse off showers. It was like 9pm there were kids in there. The water was cloudy. Paid $75.00 for late check out we were told was 2pm. Don't know why housekeeping knocked on the door like they were cops. Had a total attitude "are you not checking out". I told them we paid for late check out "Oh we'll check with front desk" no apology or nothing. Front desk said account wasn't noted. Found the card transaction after being on hold for like 10 minutes. Was told there was no 2pm late check out it's at 1. We were told 2 by like a Samoan lady with a big blue flower in her hair. Sorry do not remember any names. I can only explain what people look like. The food and drinks were great.
customer service they can improve on they can give their host a class on how to be a host
The place has decent slices ready to buy which are good. I decided to buy 2 whole pizzas to take home.
Took 35 minutes which is fine my issue was when I got them home it looks like they didn't give me a whole fresh cooked pizza.
They gave me a Frankenstein's Monster pizza assembled from the remnants of other pizzas they had on hand!!!
Lesson learned. Check the pizza closely at pickup.

If you're around Auburn, this is better than any other spots. Obviously Seattle has some great spots, but this little spot at the casino really hits the spot!
Really wish it was its own entity like a food/bar, but either way. If you're south of Seattle, try this spot! The cashier, Maria is ana absolute doll๐
