Customer service was the best and the food was delicious. He had let me know it was a pork dish special, authentic and only available on weekends. I decided to try it and loved it.
This is one of my favorite go to for Mexican food restaurants. They give good large portions have quality fresh ingredients and excellent service staff and I've had multiple friendly people ask me in short time spans if I had been helped and the answer was always yes. The food always came hot fast and within quoted time estimates and delicious. The seafood was even quality and I didnt have to worry about getting sick. I’ve been going to Rio Blanco for DECADES, and it’s a tradition for my sister and me to do lunch there. We hadn’t been in awhile, but the second we walked in, we got a “WELCOME HOME!” ❤
