We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Burgers & Things, Auburn this past Thursday. First and foremost: the chef is a genius. I do mean CHEF. It was clear that the beef patties were prepped differently from one another based upon the flavor profile. They aren't just shaking the same seasoning on every burger. I ate the Auburn Hot shot. The hot honey and the other delectable sauces paired beautifully with the seasoning of the burger. The fries were hot and crisped to perfection. My GF ate the Hawaiian burger and I got to taste it because she was so full by the end. Let me tell you, it was delicious and had completely different flavor profile than my burger. To say that we were stuffed, is an understatement. 2 drinks, 2 burgers and 2 fries for just $26 bucks! That's fast food pricing with 110% more quality. Go check it out!
