Best tacos ever!
I ordered three tacos to go. I don't how you can mess up an order worse than this. Took twenty minutes for three piles of meat thrown into a container. Impressive.

Super delicious. very, very, very nice to look as well 👌
Absolutely delicious tacos. I got carne asada & barbacoa, my husband got al pastor & pollo asado, and we shared queso fundido. Everything was delicious - juicy and super flavorful. Generous portions too. My favorites were the carne asada & al pastor. They also have a topping and salsa bar so you can add whatever you want to it. Staff was very friendly and our food came pretty quickly even though it was really busy. Plenty of seating. Will definitely be back!

I just had the best tacos I've ever had. Asada Taco and Pollo Asado Taco with really good condiments. Marina took my order and she was great. Superb!
8/13/25 update: Last Saturday produced the review above. Today (Wed) was not nearly as good. Meats (pork and chicken) were overcooked or had been sitting too long. Meat was very tough and condiments were limited. Totally different from Saturday. 2.5 stars.

We showed up and got an array of different tacos at around 8:30 PM, right before they closed. It was a very popular spot, there was a crowd ordering and the sweet smell of charred meat mixed in with the freshness of the summer evening air. We were salivating already at the mere smell of the meat and the tortillas.
The hostess Maria was very friendly, serving everyone with a huge smile and friendly conversation. Our food came out quickly and everyone was very casual and friendly. Genuinely good vibes.
There is SO MUCH MEAT on these tacos. Every single taco overflowing with a LITERAL MOUNTAIN of deliciously charred, tender meat cubes glistening with deliciously flavored oils, layered on succulent cheeses. Every single box we opened was literally overflowing with meat. I tried picking up the al pastor taco and there was so many strips of massive, perfectly charred pork with a deep smoke ring that the homemade tortilla was bursting at the seams.
I also got the platillo of carne asade and it came with simple white rice and frijoles. Again, a huge, massive mountain of perfectly tender, perfectly-seasoned cubed beef chunks. Every bite was heaven when mixed in with the beans and rice.
This place is on another level. In this era of skimpflation and restaurants minimizing portions, I was just shocked to see SO MUCH MEAT, like a COMICAL AMOUNT of high-quality meat in every taco. Yes, now it makes sense why their tacos are like $7-$8 a pop. That's a bit pricey, but for this much meat the value must be insane.
Definitely coming back.

Sonora Carne Asada House
If you're looking for an authentic Mexican cultural experience, you can't pass up the opportunity to visit this taco restaurant. The quality of the meats is exceptional; every bite transports you to the essence of Mexico. The flour tortillas are soft and fresh, a perfect complement that enhances each taco.
Originally from the state of Sonora, these tacos offer an explosion of flavors that will allow you to explore the culinary traditions of this region. Enjoying Sonoran tacos is a delight that seduces the palate. It's truly a delicious feast that invites you to return again and again! The problem with trying these tacos is that you won't want to try any other tacos.

I dont know why this place has good reviews. To start the prices are ridiculous, $15 for an horchata! No thank you! We ordered the taco sonora and tacos de alpastor and the quality of the meats are no good, we got pure fat and tough meat! Every bite had fat! The alpastor is over marinated, it had a really red color and seemed under cooked. The tortillas start to break right away. We just 2 bites and didn't eat the rest. Not worth it at all, never again.

Honestly was a little bit apprehensive at the thought of paying $7 for tacos — but these weren’t your ordinary tacos. These were TACOS. So much meat and so much perfectly balance flavor.
Honestly, worth every penny.
One thing I gotta say, their food menu poster by the cashier is a little bit misleading, but, in a good way. Those pictures they had didn’t show as much meat on the tacos and looked a bit underwhelming — but, I’m glad to report, the reality was pleasantly overwhelming.
Also, all of the staff were incredibly polite.
I’m probably gonna become a regular tbh.
