We had Cafe Pacific cater our company Christmas party, and it was AMAZING! We had the prime rib & maple salmon, and it was absolutely incredible. So this review is a little late but..... we have to say that shawn and his crew were the absolute best!! Our daughter wanted bbq for her wedding and they totally performed! It was a backyard wedding on October 9th and we are still getting compliments on the food! Shawn is communicative, available for questions and made us feel heard. Shawn and the rest of the crew at Choice Catering went above and beyond on our wedding day. First, the food was delicious! We had the grilled salmon and roasted chicken with 3-4 sides. Our guests raved about how it was one of the best meals they've had. Second, the service was outstanding.
