I had a bad customer service experience and an incorrect order; however, after taking the online survey about what had happened the owner contacted me via email, apologized and would speak to the employee. What a difference it makes to have that kind of customer Service from management. Call for management only I give a higher rating
This one is on a very busy street that's challenging to find. Unless you're familiar with the area, rely on your GPS or phone map app! Going south, one goes past it, turns left at a traffic light, go counterclockwise around some buildings to land in the parking lot that includes the Subway, which faces SR-164. This is our favorite Subway. The young gal, I think her name is Morgan, is always friendly, upbeat and she knows her Subway Stuff. She consistently has a clean and organized prep/sandwich table. I’ve also noticed their veggies are always fresh and colorful at this location. She’s an asset to that establishment. My son and daughter love Subway…. so we’ll definitely be back.
