Got a #11 beef burrito and it came out to $16. Burrito wasn't worth 16 at all. The lettuce was cold af which cooled the surrounding refried beans and rice around it. There was also sour cream on the outside of the burrito and on the wrapper so I quickly got sour cream on my hands and everything else. The tater tots were also verryyy salty and ehh taste.

Had such an amazing experience today with the staff. Had an issue with their machine... waisted a good chunk of time sitting there waiting... and the manager came over and comped my meal. It's really nice to know that there are still fast places out there and workers who care about taking care of their customers. You rock taco time!

They are very attentive and pay close attention to food prep. We always let them know first and they are great about telling us if there are any issues with what we have ordered. They are great!
Ordered online. Meal arrived. We were missing one meal. So one didn't get dinner. The sprite had no syrup, so two had only carbonated nasty water to drink. The only real reason we loved taco time was for the hot sauce, and we ordered three and got zero, rendering the 2 meals we got literally inedible to us! It's really not hard to put the whole complete order in the bag. The best part, though, is when you call the restaurant, no one answers. Your only option is to leave a message. We live 11 hours away and always hit taco time NW when we come to town. Thank you for completely ruining our meal, then ignoring the phone! It's just not that hard to do a job well. At least respond to your messages. I was not rude when I left my message, just disappointed. Now? Just disgusted. Do not order from here if you want your whole order.

We came up to this taco time since the one close to where we live was shut down. They were very friendly through the drive-thru. Made sure our order was correct, and she was very communicative about the wait time when we got to the window. The crisp burritos were made fresh. Everything was great, you can tell that everything was made recently. I'm always leary ordering tostado salads, a lot of times the shell is chewy, having been pre-made and left to sit too long. Not the case here! The drive up into Lakeland hills isn't my favorite thing to do, but we will definitely be back to this location
No one at the front desk to take my order. Fine, ordered on the kiosk instead. It has been 25 minutes and still waiting to get my food. There is no one in the restaurant. The lady in front of me said she had been waiting for 35 minutes and when she finally got her food, she had to come back because they didn't remember everything.
