Taco Time Reviews
We went through the Lakeland Hills Taco Time just now. we asked specifically if the mexi-fries were hot. They said yes. They were cold and it was pretty obvious they had been sitting there a while. The beef soft taco I paid $11.89 plus tax for was also cold and it was smaller than anything I have bought at Taco Bell. I don't know what they did to the tortilla, bit it was so chewy that I couldn't even eat it. Poor quality. Will not visit this location again, which is sad...read full review
Elaina at the Drive thru is terrible and rude. She rolled her eyes at me and my sister when she was going to charge us for extra dressing we didn't ask for. Taco Time is a restaurant that offers fresh, tasty food with a focus on quality ingredients. Customers appreciate the friendly and warm service, especially from staff members like Kerri and manager Kayla, who create welcoming atmospheres. The store is often praised for its cleanliness and good food, making many customers feel satisfied and eager to return. Some reviews highlight the positive experiences with staff going above and beyond, such as handling orders with care or fixing mistakes without hesitation. For example, a manager named Lou kindly replaced a burrito without a receipt, showing great customer service.
However, some reviews mention issues with the dine-in experience, such as having to order by oneself and long wait times. Others note that burritos can sometimes be wrapped poorly, leading to messes. Drive-through orders are occasionally incorrect, with wrong items or soggy tacos, and attempts to get help after mistakes are not always successful. Despite these issues, the overall impression is that Taco Time is a good place for food, especially for those who value friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Many customers consider it a better alternative to other fast food options and look forward to returning for a great meal and service.
