It's not a restaurant, it is Denny's. $18 before tax for a grilled cheese with brisket on Texas toast and 4 onion rings. When we pulled up we searched online because we had no idea we were really just ordering a sandwich from Denny's with 1/3 sized side dish for $18. Buyer be ware.

Wish I had read the reviews. Paying top dollar for a piece of bread with a slice of unmelted Kraft cheese for the kids meal and then having my sandwich not made correctly when I made 0 changes is ridiculous. We also waited just shy of 30 minutes for pick up with a specific time. This is in a super run down dennys and unfortunately in this case, you should absolute judge the book by its cover

Stole our money!!!!!! Ordered food online. Ordered two sandwich meals and mini, Three orders of fries and the dessert cheesecake smash thing. The cheesecake wasn't even put together. it was two slices of dessert bread with a slice of cheesecake on top. No strawberries. My one order was supposed to have fruit but had fries. They completely didn't add the other three sides of french fries. And to top it off the cheese on all the sandwiches wasn't even melted. This is supposed to be a grilled cheese joint. They do not do refunds. Even if you bring the food in, you don't get refunds but they can give you a gift card. Get there and refuse gift card, refuse refund. The only option is to remake the food. At this time my children are asleep. No need for all the food. We don't live in the area. And to top it off. This place is Denny's!!!! Rip off. Ambers ego is so big that she is hiding in the back of the kitchen saying that she's busy and refuses to solve the situation. She said that they definitely don't do refunds. But they could take down our name and number and ask the general manager tomorrow. But she definitely doesn't do refunds either. Poor service. Poor quality of food. Amber refuse to offering any solutions and Threaten to call cops on us. Was forced to leave without food and or money!!! They literally stole our money!!!

This place is ahh might as well make the sandwich yourself. 10 dollar sandwich is greasy as hell and the fries taste like a freezer. Also they got the whole order wrong. Wouldn’t recommend just go to jimmy johns

This place and DoorDash are jokes. They supposedly gave my order to the wrong driver. The actual driver that came to pick up my order had to call me to tell me they cancelled my order. Called DoorDash and was told they could only give me a refund because this place would not redeliver, leaving my family hungry and having to make other plans for dinner. Extremely poor customer service on both parties. Unacceptable. Will NOT be ordering from this place or DoorDash any longer.

My bf and I got so excited to try something new, spent like 50 bucks just on 2 meals. Just to realize when we were picking it up that it was Dennys. And yes, the food was "Dennys quality" so I was PISSED. Such a weird scam.
I placed an order through DoorDash, the cooks didn’t read the ticket, made my food incorrectly. When I called DoorDash, it’s the restaurant’s responsibility; when I call the restaurant it’s not their fault, but they’ll remake it if I come pick it up or I can contact DoorDash to see if they’ll send a delivery driver, for which I would have to pay additional for. Mind you, the item that was not supposed to be on my meal is an item that I am anaphylactic to.
