Greeted warmly; sat comfortably at bar watching Bengals win; attentive staff & management; tried shrimp & grits, salmon fettuccine alfredo, sweet plantains, peach & strawberry mimosas. All thumbs up!
been waiting to try the resturant and finally got a chance to go check it out. Now there were only 4 couple's and one person sitting at the bar area. it took 10 minutes to get a menu then took 45 minutes to get a drink never got to order any food after waiting that long for a drink. there were at lease 3 waiters that I could see. the couple next to us waited an hour to get there drink. my wife has been there 3 x and still haven't got to order those soul rolls either out or have...read full review
We've been driving by Zola's for what seems like over a year, wondering when they would open. It finally happened and it was worth the wait.
We try to stick with local businesses and given Zola's is less than a mile from our Avondale home, we can't get much more local.
The service was friendly and efficient. Kevin, our server, made sure we had all we needed without being intrusive.
