Excellent afternoon tea experience! The food was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Not to mention all the different flavors of tea to try! The chef was able to accommodate my gluten allergy because we gave them enough time to prepare when making our reservation a few weeks in advance.
We had a lovely time. Service was fantastic and everything was delicious. I wish we could have the ability to customize the food choices a little. We would have loved more on the sandwich and savory side than all of the sweets. The little tea room cabin out back does get a bit warm and stuffy when all of the tables are seated. Wear lightweight clothes or layers in the winter.
Very delicious and different taste of teas and aromatic nice place with a wonderful cat. Service was done very nice by a polite lady. That was really great experience for my family. There is nicely decorated sitting area at back outside.
Days before my scheduled afternoon tea, they unceremoniously cancelled my reservation. I placed an online reservation more than a month ago. I later stopped by in person to confirm certain allergens wouldn't be present since the menu isn't published.
I'm giving two stars instead of one because the tea seller I spoke with was incredibly lovely and helpful. At least they had the curtesy to let me know before I made the trek to the island.
Absolute gem of a place. Went there yesterday and I believe the person working there is named Alexandra (sorry if spelling is wrong). She had a burst of light and made the whole experience inviting. I'm definitely coming back and going to attend one of their tea sessions. Thank you!
This place was amazing, went with friends and had some tea to go, good prices for loose leaf tea
We had a magical and lovey evening during our Haunted High Tea. Between the ambience, tea, food, cat and hospitality, it was a 10/10. Definitely recommend.
Unfortunately, my group of 5 and I didn't have the best experience at the afternoon tea due to billing issues.
We called prior to the arrangement to resolve the issue, and went with the promise of receiving a refund after speaking to Trisha over the phone. We were told the difference in price of what we paid versus what was listed would be 'honored'. But that never really happened.
The manager came out and helped us with our troubles, only to find out we've been overcharged $50+. We feel very deceived after all of this, and feel what they are doing is extremely unethical. Upon calling back the very next day, I was informed that the manager will get back to us next week for a resolution... But we'll see about that.
I will edit the reviews IF there are any updates to this situation.
We really enjoyed our afternoon tea here. The location was quiet and charming, everyone was super nice, the tea was excellent and we enjoyed all our food. I'm definitely going to visit again in the futue.
We were mostly pleased with our experience doing afternoon tea here. However, the teacup sets that we were asked to pick out at the beginning of our service were visibly coated in dust, we would recommend regularly cleaning these if asking guests to pick some out for their service. Similarly, we felt the furniture was a bit dusty and dirty and would recommend using a Bissell for the furniture and a duster for the ceiling and floorboards to keep up with maintenance. Something to keep the teapots warm at the table would’ve also been great. Lastly, we would’ve loved to have more savory options as the flavors we kept receiving were tangy and sweet. Besides these few notes — we were very appreciative of the hospitality we received at this establishment.

I was in visiting family and was told a must place to try. Small little shop with great gumption. We had brunch that took the dish!!! They pecked that tea to perfection, the food was rich, savor, and the sweets devine. Book a tea room, you'll be glad you didn't miss this gem!
This is one of the cutest shops on the main strip. The tea selection is great and has so much variety. LOVE and Russian Caravan are our favorites! The shop employee was so friendly and had plenty of recommendations. I loved this place!

Do not go here if you are vegan.
I called ahead and asked about vegan options, They took my number and said they would call me back. I never received a call back.
When I went the next week I asked immediately upon arrival if they had vegan food. They said they would talk to the chef. About 10 minutes later they came out and said the chef was working on something.
I waited over an hour with no food while my friends got to eat everything. I ended up leaving since it was clear the vegan food was never coming. I took the ferry to go to this place specifically and I'm very disappointed and sad.
Absolutely amazing experience! One of our friends was visiting from Denver and she wanted to experience an afternoon tea party. When we arrived, it was more than I expected! We had a private room all to ourselves and really enjoyed all the tea, desserts and food delivered to us. We really felt like princesses for a day. A huge bonus was little Carrot Cake the cat for keeping us company. She is absolutely adorable! Thank you to Trisha for hosting us and checking in on us on what we needed! I highly recommended it to anyone!
