Delicious lunch....tomato soup, sandwich for me and salad for my companion. Coffee was also good.

This is the place! We had an amazing lunch at BIMA Bistro, where we were taken care of wonderfully by Keisha and Stephanie. A relaxing atmosphere awaits you here with great menu items and superb service.

How I heard of this place: Meeting with a colleague on her side of the water, I joined her at BIMA Bistro for a quick meeting.Type of cuisine: "Rotating menu of artfully created and seasonally inspired Pacific Northwest cuisine."Ambiance: The restaurant is in the Museum of Art so comes with the pleasant aesthetic one would expect. Brightly lit through the floor to ceiling windows that line one side, art gracing the walls opposite, bright and airy with tall ceilings. Everything is curated just so, to match the feel and sophisticated creativity of the entire building. What I ordered: A simple herbal tea. What I loved: The presentation, again as artfully done as the space itself, with a tear drop shaped shallow bowl of honey beside my mug.Why I loved it: Everything is thoughtfully presented at BIMA, down to the silverware, the glassware and all.Cost: Average to high.

We had a lovely lunch in this restaurant. We had a great time with a very pleasant service person. The place was not crowded, we were served quickly at the table. The food was well cooked and tasty, and the restaurant's decoration was really to our tastes. Overall, we enjoyed our food. Give it a try!

I am a recently hired employee at the BIMA bistro. I absolutely love working there, the staff is very kind and helpful, the food is great, and it’s a cleanly restaurant. The bistro seems to be improving every day, and my parents love eating there.

Excellent quick lunch spot. Outdoor patio was shaded and not crowded, and no wait. Perfect for a nice lunch before the ferry.

This place is awesome! We had such a good time here! The food was exquisite and James did an amazing job serving us - great attention to detail and nice conversation. Eating lunch here was a highlight of our Island visit!

So disappointed that they decided to not carry gluten free bread on their menu anymore. It was such a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch. So sad to see this change!

Co-located, within the art museum, the BIMA Bistro is a good choice for a quick, light meal. If you crave a burger and fries or chips, they are not (currently) on the menu. The menu does offer several interesting options, all excellently prepared. There are also off menu specials. Everything our party of four ordered was delicious. You can choose to eat inside, outside, order on your own, or have table service from their friendly staff. Free parking on site. Will return when we next visit BIMA.
