Briny Bagels is a welcoming spot on Bainbridge Island, complete with chessboards and outside tables. The bagels are authentic, delicious, and include unique creations like the French Everything. The cream cheeses are the best, with flavors like apricot thyme. The lox sandwich and egg sandwiches are also delicious with very fresh toppings. The shop also offers remarkable cheese-crusted pizzas and a line of fermented vegetables and kimchee. The staff are the nicest and friendliest people. This extraordinary treasure is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so be prepared to wait in line unless arriving at the 7:00 am opening.
