This extraordinary shop has the most delicious bagels and cream cheeses, and now they are offering cheese-crusted pizzas, which are remarkable! They also offer a line of fermented vegetables and kimchee. The store is only open 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), so you'll have to wait in line unless you arrive at 7:00 am when they open. Don't miss this Bainbridge Island treasure. Really high quality bagels. Love the variety of options. My only recommendation would be to get something to toast them in store. Luckily we can bring them home and toast them but if I was traveling and just stopping thru here I would be pretty disappointed the bagels can't be toasted.
I have been there 3 times now. Evertime it has been absolutely amazing! The while family's obsessed with their bagels. But this last time I went, they had a flat bread pizza bagel situation with pesto and mozzarella and some cured meat and... It was the best thing I've ever eaten. It was savory with a little spice and absolutely delicious. Please keep making them!
