This is the THIRD time I've ordered the Ring or Fire and they've LEFT OFF THE AVOCADO. This is not the first time, nor the second... but incredibly the third time. The staff says absolutely nothing about having run out of avocado or the likes. I had gotten into the habit of asking if they have avocado everytime I order because of the two prior incidents when they left it off. Shame on me for not policing the staff and making sure they're doing their job correctly, right? My slip up today will be my last because I'm no longer patronizing this place that has persistent inept staff. If you like your order messed up, by all means come visit Cups!

The coffee area was really dirty. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in a while. The cups they use to pour the expresso shots looked crusty, with dried up coffee sitting there for some time.

Great coffee, good food but haven't found that perfect bite to go with my coffee yet. Guess I need to keep trying! Great service. Comfortable atmosphere. I'll be back.

Charming place with REALLY good sandwiches - the gobbler was deff two enthusiastic thumbs up! The seasonal chai latte with pumpkin topping was the absolute best. And, side note, thank heavens they have clean bathrooms cuz that’s sometimes a question mark in high traffic areas! ? all in all, I’d deff visit again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bite to eat!

Tasty and unique sandwiches. Price is great for the area. Service was good but staff did not follow through with a request for sauce on the side. They were sold out of Acai and some smoothie flavors when we went. Cozy atmosphere, not the best views but the price makes up for it.

The pastries were good but the cappuccino was too hot. Effectively, either the espresso or the oat/ almond milk was scorched. Even after 15 minutes, it wasn't cool enough to drink. While I'm not a definitive expert, I know that when you're steaming the milk, the metal pitcher should be just at the point where it's too hot to touch. You should at that point IMMEDIATELY remove the steam wand or you will burn the milk. You want to cook the milk just enough to create sugar molecules and a sweet taste. Beyond that and it becomes bitter and burned.

Had a family of like 6 order half the menu, and whoever was working with the girl disappeared. We only needed two drinks. Would of taken 3 mins. Instead, she told us it's gonna be 30 plus minutes bc of the large family order and a door dash order. If it was me, I would have made the two quick drinks, then started on whatever was next and fussed at my useless coworker that disappeared, but alas, 30 min wait. So. Enter ar your own risk.

Fast and professional and friendly

Great little sandwich and coffee shop. I had the Tuna and my daughter the Ring of Fire and they both had really good flavor - not just a basic deli sandwich. Charming atmosphere, great local shop!

One of the best coffee shops in Bainbridge Island. The cakes was also amazing. The staff were super friendly allowing us to stay and rest after our boat trip. The atmosphere was generally quiet and nice. The latte will always be an excellent choice. They also had a range of ice-creams.

A cozy, go-to spot for a delicious coffee on Bainbridge. Service is always prompt and friendly. Right off the main drag and tends to be slightly less crowded than Pegasus which is another couple blocks away.
